  4. To )STOCK' an item into inventory click on the #WRITE' 
  5. icon. To <FIND' a certain item in inventory click on 
  6. the #SEARCH' icon.

  8. To update or change product )STOCK, PRICE,' or )VENDOR' 
  9. information click on the #EDIT' icon.

  11. To :REMOVE' a product from inventory click on the 
  12. #VOID' icon.^

  14.             :CREATE <a :PRODUCT <and :STOCK IT'
  15.  
  16. Type in the )PRODUCT' information above. Type in the
  17. product name :EXACTLY' the same as it will be entered
  18. on the #INVOICE.'

  20. The automatic #PRICE FINDER' requires this to operate.
  21. Type in dollars and cents =EXAMPLE  *12.00' not *12'
  22.  
  23. If you make an error use the #BACKSPACE' key to
  24. correct it.^

  26.                  :SEARCH <for a :PRODUCT'
  27.  
  28. Type in the #PRODUCT NAME' you wish to #SEARCH' for.
  29. When at the product press the =ESC' key to mark it
  30. for :EDITING <or :REMOVAL.'

  32. You must type the name =EXACTLY' the same as when you
  33. created it. To see :ALL' the products one after
  34. another, press the #ENTER' key with no "SEARCH NAME.^

  38. Change the #PRODUCT INFORMATION' by using the :BACKSPACE' 
  39. key. To skip over lines press the "ENTER <or "ESC' key.

  42. Or update the :VENDOR' information that you buy from.^

  44.               :REMOVE <a :PRODUCT <from :FILE'

  46. This will =REMOVE' the product named above from #STOCK' 
  47. Including the #VENDOR' name, the :ADDRESS' and the "PHONE' 
  48. number.^

  52. Type in the #CUSTOMER NAME' you wish to #SEARCH' for.
  53. When at the invoice press the =ESC' key to mark it for

  57. To see =ALL' the invoices, press the #ENTER' key with
  58. no #SEARCH NAME.' To see =ALL' the invoices that start

  74. If you use the #LAB/SHIP' for #SHIPPING' you may put that
  75. value here. You can also "CHANGE' it on the invoice at
  76. anytime. Type in the #SALES TAX' percent for your State.
  77. Use the <BACKSPACE' key to erase the default. Enter the
  78. tax =EXAMPLE +5.00' not +5'
  79.  
  80. For a :EPSON' printer. And to zero the #INVOICE' count
  81. or set it.^`0

  85. To find #HELP' on an :ICON' click the #RIGHT' mouse button
  86. while on the icon. To =EXIT' help click the #RIGHT' button.
  87. To :CONTINUE' help click the =LEFT' button.

  89. Its very simple to operate just "CLICK <on a "ICON' and
  90. follow the on screen #INSTRUCTIONS' while typing in the
  91. information.@

  94. You need to enter your "COMPANY <or "YOUR' name under
  95. #TOOLS =OPTIONS' vendor information :BEFORE' you do your
  96. first #INVOICE.' Setup the configuration and stock at
  97. least one product.

  99. This program does "INVENTORY <and "STOCK' maintainance
  100. as you do invoices. When you void an invoice the items
  101. are restocked.@

  104. When you run "OUT <of "STOCK' you are told. An "INVOICE <is
  105. "VOID' with an :OUT <of :STOCK' item on it.

  107. Press #ENTER' at the "OUT <of "STOCK' message to =RECREATE'
  108. the invoice without having to type in the customer
  109. name again.@

  112. The price "LIMIT <on the invoice "PER ITEM' is +9999.99'
  113. dollars. Always enter the dollars and cents. =EXAMPLE
  114. ;12.00' not ;12'

  116. If you entered product names into the #PRODUCT MANAGER'
  117. the price finder will be enabled. Type their names on
  118. the invoice and :VERALITE' will look up the price for
  119. you.@

  122. The #PRICE FINDER' is fun to use and is #AUTOMATIC.' When
  123. you stock a product into inventory and make out an
  124. invoice, type the name on the invoice the "SAME <as "YOU'
  125. did when you "STOCKED <the "PRODUCT.'
  126.  
  127. This includes =CAPITALS' and =SPACES.@

  130. If your #PRINTER' dont print out the border on the
  131. screen invoice, your printer is not using the full
  132. 8 bit bus. Theres a little :DIP' switch inside your
  133. printer that has to be changed to enable this.

  135. So dont settle for capital :M' for a border.@

  172. dont exist, save creates it.
